How did you find out about Breakout?
I have been following Trader Mayne for a while and when he posted about Breakout you know I had to give it a shot. I’m glad I did because it actually helped me become a better trader.

Can you briefly describe your trading strategy?
I mainly use H4 and H1 time frames to execute my trades and use D1 trends to outline my trading plans. The main EMAs I use are 1H EMA 36, and 4H EMA 200 and 100. Daily MA 50 is always a great tool for the HTF picture. Support and resistance using horizontal complete my strategy.

How was your experience with the evaluation process and trading on the Breakout account?
Smooth as butter, the support is always exceptional if there’s any trouble and trades are executed in real time. The process is very quick which is what I love about Breakout. There is barely any waiting for payouts or the transition between the evaluation and funded stages. Overall experience is a 9/10.

Are you day trading or swing trading?
I am day trading (especially in current market conditions) and working my way up to swings, but I have to build a lot of patience to sit on my hands rather than micromanaging positions.

What was the hardest obstacle in your trading journey you had to overcome?
Getting comfortable with my trading plans and letting stop losses hit rather than micromanaging positions to get a “better entry”. Plan the trade and trade the plan.

Are you trading full-time?
Currently part-time which will transition into full time as I am just finishing up my degree.

What does your trading day look like?
Usually wait for the New York Open as volatility increases around that time and then I scan the majors (BTC ETH SOL) and see if they are worth trading. I usually let Monday’s range play out and then take trades during the second half of the week which I personally see as more +ev setups.

Would you recommend Breakout to other traders?
I already have and got some of my friends on it and they love it as well. Definitely has taught us a lot about risk management and sizing up when needed. It’s a great opportunity for people not to risk their own capital and perfect their trading and you can literally get paid out the first time and basically have multiple free evaluation accounts. That’s how I look at it! Keep up the good work Breakout! Love to see a crypto prop firm being on top rather than scammy forex ones which are legit scams.
